"I have always prided myself in sourcing only the freshest of produce from the most reputable suppliers. My fish is delivered daily from Scotland, Hull, Grimsby, Whitby and Cornwall; I also source direct from the famous Billingsgate Fish Market where I select my own shellfish and special order fish and seafood."
