The butcher's shop specialises in home reared Aberdeen Angus beef, park reared venison and game in season.

Our Gloucester Old Spot pork is specially selected to meet our high standards. From this pork we make over ten varieties of sausages, burgers and a great BBQ range.

We also supply tender lamb reared from British breeds suited to local conditions, free-range chicken, geese and duck.

Park-Reared Game & Venison

		Venison is very low in fat and extremely nutritious. It has twice as much iron as beef and lamb and is easily digested.
Our healthy park reared animals produce delicious meat of unbeatable quality.
