Cheese Counter

The cheese counter at Wakefield Farm Shop is the pride and joy of all who work here.

As well as a fantastic array of traditional farmhouse cheese and regional British cheese, we supply a large selection of vegetarian, unpasturised, smoked and fruit cheese.

Many of our cheeses are sourced from small British dairies. These include our Snowdonia range of cheese which is exclusive to farm shops in the UK and another Welsh cheese that we buy in from Gorwydd Caerphilly.

Seasonal Cheese

The cheese counter stocks some wonderful traditional seasonal cheeses. For example Vacharin from Mont D'Or on the French/Swiss border.

We pride oursleves on our selection of territorial cheese such as Colton Bassett and Oxford Blue.

As well as all these we also stock Rocquefort Society cheese, fruit and herb cheese, country bries, ewe's and goats milk cheese, Swaledale and Hereford Hop.
