We're all familiar with the expression 'shop til you drop'. Wakefield Farm Shop has its very own cosy tea room so that you can take the weight off your feet and indulge in morning coffee, breakfast, light snack, lunch or afternoon tea.

Professional coffee machine installed offering freshly made: Cappacino, Latte orAmerciano all now available.

Relax and enjoy our homemade soups and freshly made snacks and meals. When in season try a Wakefield strawberry cream tea piled high with fresh strawberries from our own fields.

Woodland Walk Now Open

Combine your shopping trip with a woodland walk through the woods of Wakefield Farm.
No Dogs Allowed

April – October 2010
Woodland Walk (Permitted Access)

This short walk will take between 15 – 20 minutes. It consists of a circular route through the ancient Whittlewood Forest marked by arrows.

Stout shoes or Wellington boots are advised footwear.

On your route you may see: Barking Deer, Rabbits, Hare, Foxes, Woodpecker, green and pied, Bullfinch, Goldfinch, Chaffinch, Greenfinch, Wren, Yellowhammer, Great Coal, Blue and Long-tailed Tit,
Buzzard, Sparrow Hawk, Crow, Jackdaw, Rook, Brown or Tawny Owl, Robin, Pigeon, Dove, Woodcock, Pheasant, Partridge, Thrush, Blackbird, Tree Creeper, Flycatcher and variety of Warblers, Blackcap. If you go quietly!
